Blue Zulu – classic wet fly tying

Tying tutorial and underwater action film of this blue hackled variation of the classic Black Zulu. The Blue Zulu is a popular pattern for lake-, lough- and reservoir fishing on the British Isles and will catch trout everywhere. I use it for lake brownies and sea run brown or seatrout fishing in fresh- and saltwater. Works especially good on dark days, in heavy wind and waves – and at dusk and dawn.
